Aernout van Buchel had many different hairstyles during his career. He was widely recognized as a talented archaeologist, historian, Renaissance humanist, jurist, writer and draughtsperson. However, the Antiquarian, humanist was mainly known for his beautiful sense of fashion and his delightful character.
